Kinney's founder, Burt Orrin Kinney, believed in giving back to the employees who helped to make the company profitable. Burt created a Profit Sharing Program that is still used in Kinney's stores today. Our retirement program includes an ESOP/401K plan that allows you to supplement your retirement though the 401K, while Kinney Drugs makes contributions to the ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) for all eligible employees. Vacation, sick time and employee discount help to round out the total package. For our store managers and pharmacists - we offer a car program.
