Bomoseen, V.T., March 12, 2009 - Kinney Drugs, a leading community pharmacy and retail business in New York and Vermont, is planning a grand opening celebration at the newly acquired Bomoseen location on Saturday, March 28th. The planned festivities will take place at the former Harbor Pharmacy located at 34 Rt. 30 North, Bomoseen VT.

The store has been remodeled to include broader selections of over-the-counter pharmacy items, cosmetics and beauty care, and greeting cards. The former owner of Harbor Pharmacy, Dick Abel and staff will be there to deliver the same outstanding service you have come to expect. Plus, the store now offer expanded free prescription delivery right to your home or business; and free Life Vials; a vial that contains your complete medical history in the event of an emergency.

The Bomoseen Kinney Drugs grand opening festivities will kick off Saturday, March 28th, at 9 a.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. A free blood glucose screening will be offered from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Customers will have the opportunity to learn more about diabetes care and prevention. In addition, the first 250 customers will receive a free 20 oz. Life Water or 24 oz. Kinney Spring water; free coffee and doughnuts.
