Kinney Drugs Prepares to open a new store in the Hinesburg, VT Community

Gouverneur, NY, October 26, 2009 - Kinney Drugs, a leading healthcare organization in New York and Vermont, today announced they are planning to open a new store in Heinsburg, VT.  This new store will be located at the intersection of Farmall Drive and Vt. Rt. 116.  Construction will begin in the fourth quarter to create an 11,550 square foot prototype Kinney Drugs.  The store is slated to open at the end of the second quarter of 2010.  Kinney Drugs has 16 locations in the state of VT.

The pharmacy department of the new store will include a drive-through window, a pharmacist consultation area and an expansive range of health care products and services.  In addition, the new store will also bring a wide range of convenience products and services to Hinesburg including: a broad selection of beauty care, cosmetics, groceries and beverages, pet supplies, clothing, full seasonal offerings, a digital photo center, and a new more convenient checkout system.
