To ensure privacy, you must match your ValueCard number with the name provided when you applied for your ValueCard. You'll also need a valid e-mail address. Please note that prescription transactions are not tracked as part of this service. Retain your receipts for submission to your administrator. Updates Statements are updated every 24 hours during the business week (Monday - Friday).
