Lost or Stolen Card

If you have lost your Kinney Drug Value card you can call the Kinney Drug ValueCard Plus customer Support toll-free number, 1-888-370-5211 or visit the Customer Service Desk in order to report the card lost and have the ValueCard Plus program closed and register for a new ValueCard.

You can also follow the steps and link below to obtain a new card from our online service

 1. Login to your FSA account by going to http://kinneydrugs.com/valuecard/login.php and entering in your username and password and clicking Login.

2. In the box next where it says add a ValueCard to Account, enter in the card number you would like to add to your account and click on the "Add Another ValueCard" button.



3. Now when you go in to view your FSA report, you can select All of your valuecards, or either one of the cards individually.
